Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: social volunteers; eutrophic, female; non smokers; age of 50 years; Sedentary and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women alcoholics; with clinical diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction; with a history of urinary tract infection; with history of previous gynecological surgery; with neurological or endocrine-metabolic disorders. Women who are allergic to latex.
