Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: trabalhadores da saúde que atuam direta e indiretamente com o cuidado do paciente, que atuam em um hospital terciário

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Retired workers or those with planned and unplanned absenteeism

It is expected to find a reduction in symptoms of anxiety, depression and common mental disorders in health professionals undergoing intervention with foot baths using essential oils
