Eligibility
Age
2 Years to 6 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Upper anterior primary teeth; Radiographic alteration suggestive of periapical lesion; Cavity that allows restorative recovery; Without any previous pulp treatment; Good systemic health.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Root resorption with more than 2/3; Radiographic rupture of the pericoronary sac of the permanent successor; Syndromes; Systemic changes

Primary
| Measure | Time frame |

| Remission of periaícal lesion through radiographic evaluation. Periapical lesions are classified among 4 possible scores. After comparing the final radiographs with the initial ones, it will be considered a success when there is reduction of the aspects of the lesion and decrease of the scores. | — |

| Remission of clinical signs, such as the presence of pain, mobility, fistula or edema. It will be considered clinical success when the element does not show these signs. | — |
