Interventions
Three experimental groups, with 60 elderly women pre frailty, allocated in:
1. SS(n=20): supervised group sessions (3x/w)
2. HSS(n=20): home sessions (2x/week) with supervised sessions (1x / week)
3. HS(n=20): Home based sessions (3x/week).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women; age from 60 years; frailty detected through validated phenotypic criteria proposed by Fried et al
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elderly women with 3 or more frailty criteria proposed by Fried et al; with medical restrictions to physical activity; participating on exercise program in last six months

| Improvement or reversal of the pre-frailty state detected through validated phenotypic criteria proposed by Fried et al., which is composed of five components: unintentional weight loss, self-reported exhaustion, weakness (grip strength), low physical activity (Minessota Questionnaire), and slow walking speed (4 meters); improvement or reversal of the pre-fragility found by the absence of the five previously mentioned components. Data collect 1 week before the intervention and 12 weeks after intervention.;Enhancement in physical function, represented by decreased time to perform five times Sit-to-Stand Test; decreased time to perform the Timed Up and Go Test; increased gait speed measured through 10-meter Walking Test in maximum velocity, from at least 5% variation between pre and post intervention measures. | — |
