Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adult women; ages between 18 and 35 years; presenting chronic non-specific back pain; not regular physical activity practitioners; EVA score greater than four.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes; systemic arterial hypertension (SAH); labyrinthitis; cardiovascular diseases; presence of acute inflammatory pathologies of the lumbar spine; fracture or previous surgery of the spine; neurological disorders; systemic pathology and cancer patients; pregnant women; loss of skin integrity at the site of application of the Russian current; who have undergone a rehabilitation program in the last three months; hypersensitivity to electrical stimulation; two consecutive absences or three alternating ones in the attendances.

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of back pain assessed through the Visual Analog Pain Scale (VAS) from preoperative to post intervention evaluations

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of the level of functionality by reducing the scores of the functional questionnaire of Roland Morris and Oswestry before and after intervention.
