Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both sexes, over 18 years old;diagnosis of Hypertension limited to stage II; not have high cardiovascular risk; not participating in a physical exercise program for at least six months prior to the start of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adherence less than 85% of training sessions; diagnosis of other cardiovascular diseases or diabetes during the course of the study; adherence to another supervised exercise program during the study; change in medication class and/or dose during the study; disease worsening (Stage III SAH, =180 and =110 mmHg, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, respectively)
