Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years Pregnant woman in the first period of labor Low risk pregnancy Gestational age between 37 and 42 weeks Nulliparous, primiparous and multiparous Single and cephalic pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestation with dead fetus Parturient without ability to consent Pregnant women with actual indication for cesarean section Psychoactive drug use Use of epidural or oxytocin analgesia before randomization

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of maternal fatigue, using as an instrument or questionnaire of maternal perception of fatigue in labor, which categorizes fatigue with low values between 15 and 50 and high from 51 to 75. The data collected before the intervention and after the end of the first period of labor.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a decrease in the duration of the first period of labor, a timer will be used to quantify the duration of the first period of labor. The time will be timed from the beginning of admission if the volunteer is in active labor (5 cm of uterine dilation) until the 10 cm of uterine dilation is completed, the time will be recorded in minutes.;It is expected to find a decrease in the frequency of perineal trauma which is an injury to the pelvic floor musculature, categorized into (1) Laceration first degree: involves only skin and vaginal mucosa, (2) Laceration second degree: involves fascia and perineal musculature, (3 ) Third degree laceration: involves anal sphincter, (4) Fourth degree laceration: in addition to anal sphincters (internal and external), it involves rectal mucosa. Data will be collected shortly after delivery.;It is expected to find a difference in the frequency of the episiotomy, which is an incision made in the perineum (muscle area between the vagina and anus) to enlarge the birth canal with the theoretical objective of preventing irregular laceration during the baby's passage, which will be evaluated as yes, when the episiotomy is performed and not when it is not performed, removed from the volunteer's medical record. Data will be collected shortly after delivery.;Expected to find an increase in frequency vaginal delivery, which will be evaluated in the volunteer's medical record, expressed in (1) yes, (2) no. Data will be collected shortly after delivery.;It is expected to find a difference in the decrease in instrumental delivery, which will be evaluated in the volunteer's medical record, expressed in (1) yes, (2) no. Data will be collected shortly after delivery.;It is expected to find a decrease in frequency cesarean section, which will be evaluated in the volunteer's medical record, expressed in (1) yes, (2) no.
