Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults; both sexes; who developed COVID-19; confirmation of COVID-19 infection; hypertensive, obese, diabetes, heart disease, nephrology, cancer and HIV/AIDS; with medical discharge and not having limitations to perform the physical fitness test and intervention protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who did not reach the cutoff points on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE); individuals with physical limitations; hospitalized in the last 12 months prior to COVID-19 infection; decompensated heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
