Eligibility

Age
13 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Belong to the seventh, eighth or ninth grade of elementary school; belong to the first year of high school; healthy volunteers; both genders; age between 13 and 16 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age under 13 years; age 17 years or older; physical or mental condition that made it impossible to participate in the proposed activities

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the time of exposure to sedentary behavior, verified by the questionnaire Behavior of Adolescents from Santa Catarina, Tecno-Q Questionnaire and accelerometer, a difference was observed between the research groups with reduction in the intervention group
