Experimental group: 20 elderly people over 60 years old living in a long-term institution. Control group: 20 elderly people over 60 years long institution residents. The elderly will undergo 3 months

Eligibility
Age
60 Years to 95 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age> 60 years; be dependent on at least one or more activities of daily living on the Katz index or the Lawton questionnaire; be able to perform the functional tests with autonomy, or the use of a walking stick
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: older adults who use orthoses, making it impossible to perform any tests; older adults who have a severe cognitive impairment who can not understand the instructions
