Experimental group - 15 individuals with Parkinson's disease in stages 3 and 4, will receive training with postural perturbations on the mobile platform for 8 sessions, two practice sessions per week,
(b) each session will be divided into 8 disturbance blocks (with a 2-minute interval between blocks), each block consisting of 16 disturbances (2 types x 2 sides x 2 velocities) totaling 128 perturbat
and (c) perturbations will be applied without prior tip on type or start time

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants should present a clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's disease obtained by a neurologist; to present the gait blocking symptom, with scores greater than or equal to 4 by the New Freezing of Gait Questionnaire scale; stages 3 or 4 of the disease by the HoehnYahr modified scale, score equal to or greater than 23 in the Mental State Mini Examination, not presenting neurological or physical dysfunctions, other than those associated with the disease, that may affect balance control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to remain balanced after postural disorders due to displacement of the body support base, lack of attention to procedures or ability to understand instructions.

Improvement of the reactive postural responses, verified through: Scale score for evaluation of compensatory movements to postural perturbations. This analysis will be done for the responses in the mediolateral axis. Analyzed at the pre-training, post-training (24 hours) and retention (30 days) moments.;Improvement of reactive postural responses, verified through: The evaluation of the responses in the anteroposterior axis will be done through the frequency analysis of the following response strategies: in-place responses, hip strategy, single step and multiple steps.Analysis at pre-workout, post-workout (24h) and retention 30 days).

Amplitude and velocity of peak-to-peak displacement in the anteroposterior and mediolateral directions of CP and CM (cm) in the different frequencies (0.2 Hz-0.8 Hz) of platform oscillation. Analyzed at the pre-training, post-training (24 hours) and retention (30 days) moments.;Global balance. Performance score at MiniBestTest for assessment of body balance improvement.
