| EXPECTED OUTCOME It was expected to evaluate and to compare intergroup adherence to exercise continued for two different approaches: Educational lecture with educational booklet delivery (GO), and through classroom exercise (GS), verifying thus which of the groups were greater adherence. It was considered as "accession" who carried out the recommended minimum of required sessions, ie 3 sessions per week, from 8 weeks to revaluation, and three months for follow-up. The number of sessions held was considered as the tracking spreadsheet filled by the participant, regardless of location done if during supervised care session or on their own. The level of adhesion between the groups was verified by comparing the periods evaluated, through adhesion percentage, using the qui-quadrado test for comparison between groups.;OUTCOME FOUND Although the adhesion percentage was higher in the guidance group (GO) regarding the supervised group (GS), there was no statistically significant difference in both the revaluation (chi square = 0.048) and at follow-up (chi square = 0.024) comparing the membership fee between GS and GO, with p> 0.05 in both analyzes. | — |

| EXPECTED OUTCOME It was evaluated secondarily, physical function and severity of symptoms between participants who joined or not the proposed program. The assessment of physical function was performed by the 6-minute walk test, the severity of painful symptoms was evaluated by visual analog scale and depressive symptoms using the Beck Depression Inventory. For statistical analysis, ANOVA models were used, considering p <0.05. It was expected improvement in painful symptoms and physical function among women who adhered to the exercise program.;OUTCOME FOUND There was no statistically significant difference between women who adhered to the exercise program regarding the improvement in physical function, the painful and depressive symptoms. | — |
