45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged between forty five and sixty years will be included in the study;who are in the postmenopausal period for at least one year and no more than six years;diagnosed with arterial hypertension and using medication for blood pressure control;sedentary meaning not regular practitioners of physical exercise for at least three months as identified in the anamnesis;presenting a medical certificate proving fitness for physical exercise;not presenting musculoskeletal problems or cardiovascular complications that prevent participation in the proposed activities of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with a history of stroke or acute myocardial infarction will be excluded; those diagnosed with diabetes mellitus; smoking participants; and those who develop health complications during the study that may compromise the safety of performing physical exercises
