Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Maintenance or improvement in the functional performance of the elderly, evaluated by the strength test (hand grip dynamometer), balance (force platform) and functionality (Berg scale). Data collected before the intervention, after 3 months of intervention and after 6 months of intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Maintenance or improvement in the quality of life and history of falls, measured through questionnaires before, during and after the intervention.
