Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male, any ethnicity, age 18 years or more, literate; pedophiles who have sexual fantasies involving minors (no sexual activity or use of child pornography current or previous); sign the document authorizing the participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suicide risk, psychosis not stabilized; use of physical violence; previous or current history of children sexual abuse, possession, production, custody, disclosure or access to pornographic material involving childrens; patients planning child sexual abuse

Mean increase for normal sexual behaviors in group 2 verified by Sexual Relations Report at a statistically significant level (P<0.05) ;Observed outcome: Group 2 (active) showed a significant mean increase of normal sexual behaviors than group 1 (placebo) at a significance level (P<0.05)

MeasureTime frame
Superior clinical improvement for group 2 in depression, anxiety, social adjustment, overall clinical improvement and overall sexual behavior checked through scores from Beck Scales, IDATE Scale, Social Adjustment Scale, Clinical Global Impression Scale and Sexual Behavior Questionnaire, respectively. The improvement will be observed by superior mean scores at a significant level (P<0,05) ;Observed outcomes: there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups
