This is a three-arm randomized controlled clinical pilot study without blinding. Experimental group one: composed of eighteen participants who reduced their use of TikTok for one month. Experimental g

Age
13 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent users of Instagram and TikTok for at least 6 months from the date of the first test administration; adolescents of Brazilian nationality; between 13 and 18 years old; of both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents who do not use TikTok and Instagram; adolescents who started using Instagram and TikTok less than 6 months ago from the date of the first test administration; adolescents who are not Brazilian; younger than 13 and older than 18 years old

Obtain quantitative data on the cognitive impacts of the Instagram and Tiktok platforms and other variables that influence the impact these platforms have on the user

Understand how the use of the two platforms analyzed in this study influences social issues, among which social inequality and the diagnosis of disorders related to anxiety generated by social networks stand out
