| Expected outcome 1-Maintenance of the maximum isometric force, calculated through the maximum isometric voluntary contraction of the elbow flexors. Held at 90 °, holding a gripper attached to a load cell, which in turn is attached to a extensible current. There will be 2 maximum contractions evaluated before, right after the intervention massage, 24 hours after, 48 hrs after and 72 hours after;Outcome found 1-was found for all reduction groups at the maximum isometric force 3 minutes after intervention, no significant difference between the groups. There was 3.2% reduction in G1, 7.4% in G2, 6.4% in G3 and 6.5% in CON.;Expected outcome 2-muscular activation: The electromyographic signal was collected, through a bipolar electrode positioned over the long head of the biceps brachial muscle to 1/3 from the distance between the medial acromion and the cubital fossa, from the cubital fossa, during the Isometric contraction specified above. We were hoping for a reduction in the signal. ;Outcome found 2-No G1 muscle activation decreases 26.5% 72h after massage. The G2 and G3 showed a significant reduction of 3 min after the massage at 29.1% and 30.3% respectively. The control group did not present a change to muscle activation. | — |

| Expected outcome 2-increased range of motion, evaluated by calculating the difference between relaxed elbow angle and maximum flexion.;Outcome found 2-the range of motion has not changed in any study group | — |
