Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: students enrolled in an undergraduate course at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), on the Campinas campus, in the interior of the state of São Paulo; over 18 years old; of any gender; with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (IQSP) > 5 and anxiety classified as moderate, high or very high, according to the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not be a student at Unicamp; undergo pharmacological treatment related to sleep disorders; routinely perform any of the PICs planned for the interventions
