Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: volunteer with Crohn disease in remission and light activity; volunteer with ulcerative colitis in remission and light activity; both genders; aged between 18 and 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: volunteers with cognitive disorder; volunteers without acess to phone; volunteers with special needs that preclude the telenurssing.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reducing the number of relapses in the 24 weeks verified by the Simple Clinical Colitis Activity Index and Harvey Bradshaw index from finding a variation of at least 5 % in the before and after intervention measurements .

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in hospitalization rate for complications of Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
