Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Expected outcome 1: It is expected to find an improvement in physical functions, assessed through physical tests such as: agility test, strength test, gait speed tests and balance test and an improvement in cognitive functions assessed through cognitive tests such as: attention test, verbal fluency test and memory test. Data collected one week before the intervention and one week after the intervention. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Outcome found 1: Our study observed that physical and cognitive interventions carried out simultaneously bring an increase / improvement of 10 - 20% of physical functions (gait speed, muscle power, balance and muscle strength) and an improvement of approximately 10% in cognitive functions (attention, memory and verbal fluency). However, traditional agility training, without the presence of cognitive tasks, did not show significant improvements. No secondary outcomes were found.;Secondary outcomes are not expected and were no found. | — |
