18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis ICD-G35, with ataxia; both gender; be actively participating in a physical therapy treatment program; be at least 18 years of age; participate in the study as a volunteer; be available to comply with the protocol of 12 proposed sessions; have no serious uncompensated psychiatric disorders; agree to participate in the study by signing an Informed Consent Form (ICF) after approval by the Ethics and Research Committee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having cognitive impairments that prevent you from answering the questionnaires, and therefore cannot be held responsible for the answers; not having a definite diagnosis; presence of metal implants or electronic devices in the head or neck; history of epilepsy or seizures; pregnancy; active wounds, lesions, or infections on the scalp; skin hypersensitivity or allergy to the conductive gel or electrodes

Expected outcome 1: An improvement in the Mini-BESTest score is expected. ;Outcome found 1: With regard to balance, as measured by the Mini-BESTest, the patient had a score of 20 points at baseline, which increased to 28 points at the end of the study, indicating an improvement in her balance.

Expected outcome 2: A decrease in the International Cooperative Ataxia Rating Scale (ICARS) score is expected. ;Outcome found 2: A decrease in the International Cooperative Ataxia Rating Scale (ICARS) score is expected. The assessment using the International Cooperative Ataxia Rating Scale (ICARS) showed that the patient had a total score of 12 points at baseline and 4 points at follow-up, indicating positive functional improvement.;Expected outcome 3: A decrease in the Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS) score is expected. ;Outcome found 3: With regard to the impact of fatigue, as assessed by the Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS), the patient had a total score of 14 points at baseline, which decreased to 2 points at the end of the study, indicating a significant improvement over the course of follow-up.
