Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 to 60 years; working in the long-term care facility for the elderly for at least 3 months; both genders; agree to participate in the research after completing the Informed Consent Form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not understand the questions contained in the protocol; do not accept to participate in the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of at least 5% of depression symptoms after evaluation of the PHQ-2 (Patient Health Questionnaire-2 itens)instrument; reduction of at least 5% of psychiatric morbidity of being assessed by the SRQ-20 (Self Report Questionnaire) instrument; reduction of at least 5% caregiver sense of burden to be assessed by the ZBI (Zarit Burden Interview) instrument; improves the quality of life of the show by the SF-36 (Short-Form Health Survey) instrument. All subjects will be assessed before and after the intervention.
