Interventions

An in vitro evaluation will be performed on 175 bovine fragments (6x6x2 mm), which will be divided into 7 groups (n = 25): Group I - brushing
Group II - immersion in sphingosine solution (PHS)
Group III - PHS (immersion) + brushing
Group IV - brushing + PHS (immersion)
Group V - PHS spray
Group VI - PHS (spray) + brushing
Group VII - brushing + PHS (spray). The brushing simulation (Mavtec) will be performed for 1, 7, 15 and 30 days and, regardless of the application form, the PHS solution will remain in contact with th
and Knoop microhardness (HMV-2, Shimadzu Corporation). For the in situ evaluation, 15 participants will be recruited and will receive an acrylic palatine device for the upper which will be inserted fo
