Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 45 and 65 years; postmenopausal women (1 year of permanent amenorrhea); hypertensive patients properly medicated, not practicing physical exercises regularly and systematically for at least three months; not having musculoskeletal problems or cardiovascular complications that prevent physical exercise; present a medical certificate proving that you are fit for physical exercise; no history of stroke or acute myocardial infarction; not to smoke; not having a diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus; not practice physical exercises during the evaluation period; not have a pacemaker.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having any cardiovascular complications during collections; not attending all tests and sessions.
