Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adults aged 18 to 30; of both sexes; no previous experience in Resistance Training
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants must not have engaged in resistance training during the six months prior to the study; they must not have any musculoskeletal injuries in the lower limbs or neuromuscular disorders that could interfere with the execution of the study protocols
