Experimental group 1: 20 individuals (men or women) overweight or obese will participate in a physical activity program with Pilates Method for 8 weeks, 3 times a week. Each session will last one hour

Age
18 Years to 66 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI higher than 25 kg/m2; total body mass maximal of 120kg; at least six months without practicing any kind of physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological; cognitive; orthopedic; respiratory; or endocrine disease (except obesity)
