Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Mean muscle thickness difference of at least 5% between the groups, determined by ultrasound at the beginning of the study and at the end of the study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
primary outcome - Increased muscle thickness, as assessed by ultrasound with at least 5% thickness increase. Data collected 5 days before intervention and 5 days after intervention; Secondary outcome - At least 5% increase in functional capacity, measured by functional tests performed 1 week before and after the intervention.
