Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; both genders; non-smokers; age between 18 and 40 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking volunteers; history of alcohol or drug abuse; diagnosis of cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological, psychiatric, hematological or metabolic pathologies

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in aerobic capacity, assessed by the yoyo test with an increase of at least 5% in aerobic amplitude, during the intervention.
