Eligibility

Age
20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 20 to 65 years; with grade two obesity with comorbidities or morbid obesity; who have an indication for bariatric surgery; literate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with psychiatric illness; bariatric surgery; pregnant or lactating women; with simultaneous participation in other programs of weight loss; not literate; with suicide attempt in the last year

Expected outcome 1: improvement in eating behavior characteristics food behavior, measured through the Scales (Periodic Feed Compulsion Scale and The Three Factor Eating Questionnaire reduced version of 21 items, in Portuguese) ;Expected outcome 2:reduction of food consumption, verified through 24-hour recalls
