Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Effects of a combined training protocol on perceived and performance fatigability, neuromuscular variables, functional capacity, sleep quality, mental health, and heart rate variability in patients with long COVID presenting fatigue as an initial symptom.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To understand, through the optimization of specific parameters, how fatigability is improved in these patients as a result of training.
