Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The following inclusion criteria will be considered: men and women aged 19-59 years; body mass index (BMI) between 26 and 34.9 kg / m2; fat percentage> 25% for men and> 33% for women, absence of other chronic and acute diseases as well as eating disorders and allergies; do not make regular use of anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, antibiotics or that affect appetite and / or energy, lipid and glucose metabolism; have not had any infectious or allergic episodes in the last month; not being on diets for weight loss; stable weight in the last 3 months (fluctuation up to 5 kg); do not present aversion or allergy to cashew nuts and brazil nuts; no alcohol intake greater than 21 units (168g) per week; do not be a smoker.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who do not follow the study protocol will be excluded.

| Expected outcome 1: The consumption of a shake containing cashew nuts and Brazil nuts will increase the postprandial metabolic rate (accessed by calorimetry), by at least 5% compared to the control (shake without NUTs). All analyzes will be performed at the end of the study.;Expected outcome 2: The consumption of a shake containing cashew nuts and Brazil nuts will reduce appetite and increase satiety (evaluated by means of questionnaires of Visual Analog Scale), contributing to a reduction in habitual food intake (assessed through dietary records), compared to the control (shake without NUTs). All analyzes will be performed at the end of the study.;Expected outcome 3: The consumption of a shake containing cashew nuts and Brazil nuts will increase the total plasma oxidizing capacity and will reduce oxidative stress (assessed by plasma markers: CAT, SOD, GPx), compared to the control (shake without NUTs).
