Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary health care professionals; Age between 18 and 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not participate in 85% of the meetings

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1 It is expected to find an increase in the level of physical activity in at least 10 minutes of physical activity per week. The intervention and control groups will be evaluated through a weekly physical activity questionnaire in different domains (leisure, transportation, home and work) that will measure these minutes in three moments, pre, post and 3 months after the intervention. The data will be analyzed.
