Working group: 75 people with HIV/Aids will read an educational booklet on promoting a healthy lifestyle and will take them home, being instructed to read every 15 days for 6 months. Control group: 75

Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with HIV/Aids; of both genders; with age above 18 years; accompanied in the outpatient clinic of infectology of Walter Cantídio University Hospital; in use of antiretroviral drugs for at least 6 months; who are able to read and understand the booklet according to the Health Literacy Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy; mental illness and medical diagnosis in medical records; be homeless, collective shelters or deprived of their liberty in penitentiaries.
