Age
50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes; diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in stages I-III according to the Hoehn and Yahr classification; authorized by your treating physician to participate in the intervention program; controlled medication; able to follow verbal instructions and with motor autonomy; mini - mental exam score greater than 23 points; Signed informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with adherence below 80% to the different types of intervention sessions will not be included in the results analysis

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate bradykinesia measured by a functional electromechanical dynamometer (DEMF) (Dynasystem Research, SYMOTECH, Granada, Spain) that will measure the speed of displacement of the upper segment with the seated biceps curl movement and in the lower limbs in unilateral leg extension 30 % of 1 RM it is expected to find an increase in the displacement speed of the evaluated segments; Evaluate the balance measured with Mini-BESTest balance test expecting to find an increase in the score; Evaluate walking speed using the Ten Meters Walk Test (TMW), which measures the time in seconds that it takes the patient to travel 10 meters in a straight line. Photocells will be used to record the speed.
