Age
60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Belonging to females; Be between 60 and 80 years old; Not to be a smoker; Not practice physical exercise regularly and systematically for at least three months; Have a BMI below 32 kg / m²; Not present musculoskeletal problems or cardiovascular complications that prevent the practice of systematic physical exercises; Submit a medical assessment involving a clinical history and medical certificate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Belonging to males; Be less than 60 or more than 80 years old; Be a smoker; Be exercising regularly and systematically; Have a BMI equal to or above 32 kg / m²; Have musculoskeletal problems that prevent the practice of physical exercises; Have a history of stroke or acute myocardial infarction; Not present medical evaluation and certificate for the practice of physical exercise.
