Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes; age range between 18 and 30 years; Students of the Federal University of Santa Catarina-UFSC; Only those participants who are able to carry out the proposed activities will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any type of injury to the forearm that compromise the integrity of the musculature; Fractures in the wrist and fingers, with pain in the upper limbs for any reason; obese; hypertensive; cardiopathy; cognitive deficit; manual workers, who do physical activities daily and take medication that interferes with the final results of the research.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
As primary outcomes, an improvement in the palmar grip strength evaluated with Jamar, muscle activation and electromyographic signals is expected.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As secondary outcomes, an improvement in the perimetry of volunteers is expected.
