Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male gender. Aged between 20 and 35 years. Have a training routine with a minimum frequency of 3x/week, for a minimum period of one year. Be considered physically active by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire - IPAQ. Not present any type of psychological or eating disorder. Not chronically on medication. Need to be considered in good health after cardiological evaluation. Cannot have undergone surgery in the last 6 months. Cannot have any physical, muscular and/or joint problems
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to comply with the entire experimental protocol for any reason. Non-attendance at the stipulated times between tests

| Expected outcome 1: It was expected to find an improvement in mood states and anxiety levels after moderate and intense exercise, verified through the application method of the BRUNEL Mood Questionnaire and the State Anxiety Inventory (STAI), through of the parameters of the questionnaire scores, based on the verification of a variation of at least 5% in the measurements before, immediately after and 30 minutes after the end of the Exercise;Found outcome 1: It was observed that exercise at moderate and vigorous intensity had positive responses in the improvement of anxiety states, verified through the State Anxiety Inventory (STAI), through the scores of the questionnaires, a positive variation of at least 5% was found in the measurements before and 30 minutes after the end of the exercise, an improvement in anxiety levels was observed 30 minutes after the exercise at both intensities and the positive variation was greater at the vigorous exercise | — |
