Age
7 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients on follow-up in a tertiary medical care service diagnosed as refractory constipation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not fill the diagnosis of refractory constipation criteria that is: persistence of retentive incontinence for at least 12 months on maximum tolerable doses of oral laxatives and rectal enemas

1. Clinical condition with an absence of retentive incontinence and spontaneous bowel movements are present, evaluated and verified by patient history in a monthly medical evaluation.—
