Inclusion criteria

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the acute effect of isoflavones on the cardiovascular health of menopausal women, identifying linear and non-linear indices of frequency variability through evaluation in aerobic exercise using a polar cardiac monitor

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The acute use of isoflavones is expected to reduce common symptoms of menopause, being assessed using the Greene Climacteric Scale to assess somatic symptoms, as well as health-related quality of life, in addition to the Kupperman Index to measure somatic complaints (symptoms physical) recurrent during menopause; in addition to improving metabolic profile markers, such as glucose, total cholesterol and fractions and triglycerides, calcium, inorganic phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and 25-OH vitamin D in menopausal women, which will be evaluated through biochemical evaluation carried out by trained professionals
