Interventional study with 30 patients with COPD, randomly divided into 2 groups: Control Group (CG) who performed aerobic exercises on the cycle ergometer and anaerobes with dumbbells, elastics and ba
(ii) 6 'walk test (6MWT)
(iii) Saint George's Quality of Life Questionnaire (SGRQ)
(iv) COPD assessment test (CAT)
(v) cardiopulmonary exercise test
and (vi) 1 repetition maximal test

Age
50 Months to 80 Months
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: with moderate to severe COPD, (post-bronchodilator FEV1> 30% and predicted <80%)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were: indication and / or use of chronic home oxygen therapy, inability to perform physical tests, symptomatic coronary disease, musculoskeletal limitation and neurological disease.
