Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must be registered at the Regional Council of Pharmacy of the state where they work. According to data from the Federal Council of Pharmacy; Brazil has approximately 70.576 pharmacies that dispense drugs. Whereas each of them must rely on the assistance of at least one pharmacist; the minimum study population is 70.576 professionals. From this population; the sample target will be 2000 individuals aged at least 18 years. There is no maximum age for the inclusion of individuals.
