18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men; Healthy; age between 18 and 30 years; strength training practitioners; no history of use of nutritional supplementation; no history of injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Perform training sessions 24 hours before the experimental protocol, present with late-onset muscle pain.
