Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with urinary incontinence; age above 18 years; women who have a cell phone with an Android operating system; know how to read and write
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neurological problems that compromise understanding for the practice of exercises, or suggestive of neurogenic bladder; proven or suspected pregnancy; prior treatment for urinary incontinence; pelvic radiotherapy; up to one year after giving birth; three or more lower urinary tract infections in the last 12 months
