Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults between 18 and 59 years old, male and female; participants accompanied at the IJF at the Burn Center, who have deep second and third degree burns; individuals with indication of graft.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diabetic people; people with signs and symptoms indicative of an infectious process; individuals with signs of hypoproteinemia or anemia; grades II and III obese individuals; people using corticosteroids (interference with healing); people with cognitive changes (mini mental below 24 points).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in the tissue healing of the graft verified from the Vancouver Healing Scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effects of photobiomodulation on oxidative stress in Burns.;It is expected to find an improvement in functionality using the WHODAS instrument.
