There will be two groups with 43 participants each: Control Group and ILIB Group. In the ILIB Group, the laser will be applied transcutaneous tissue for 30 minutes daily, for 10 consecutive days, rest

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having HIV / AIDS; both sexes; over 18 years; reside in Botucatu; perform outpatient treatment at SAEI; not having cognitive deficit; have detectable viral load; do the same therapeutic regimen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not reside in Botucatu; not having cognitive deficit; have an undetectable viral load

Considering the clinical hypothesis that there is an improvement of more than 0.5 log of viral load in the treated group, given up to 5% dropout, alpha of 5% (one-tailed) and 80% power, the sample was estimated at 86 participants (43 patients each treatment group) The present study hypothesizes that people living with hiv / aids undergoing the transcutaneous ILIB protocol will have a decrease in viral load and an increase in LT-CD4 + and LT-CD8..	—
