Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Good oral hygiene with visible plaque index less than or equal to 20%; age greather than or equal to 18 years; sufficient bone availability for implant installation, with minimum height and thickness equal to 10 and 5mm, respectively; loss on both sides of the mandible of posterior teeth; sufficient interocclusal height to adapt the prototyped surgical guide and perform the perforations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of periodontal surgical procedures in the operated region; systemic alterations that could compromise the surgical procedures or healing; presence of inflammation or infection involving the region to be operated; bone pathology in the implant site; smokers, people with bruxism, alcoholics, drug addicts, diabetics, pregnant women or those who wish to become pregnant in the next year, who have a history of radiotherapy treatment in the head and neck region, who take medications that may interfere with bone remodeling or that have pathologies that affects bone metabolism.
