Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women aged between 18 and 49 years old, who practice resistance exercise, at least three times a week, for at least one year for one hour/day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants who were unable to complete the testing protocol, those who did not adhere to the program, or were injured during the study. women that don´t have between 18 and 49 years old

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that after treatment, the experimental group will show a reduction in cytokine levels measured in saliva of at least one standard deviation compared to the placebo group

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected a reduction in pain scale scores in the lower extremities, as measured by the Visual Analog Pain Scale (VAS), will be observed in the experimental group in comparison to the control group
