Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women; between 18 and 31 years; with a history of frequent neck pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smokers; daily alcohol users; history of cognitive or neurological problems

MeasureTime frame
Expected to find a decrease in cervical pain by the pressure pain threshold assessment. We will observe the changes by the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre and post-intervention measurements;Expected to find an improvement in vocal quality and self-perception, through voice recordings with the emission of the vowel /a/ and acoustic analysis of the voice.
