Interventions

This is a quasi-experimental study, with before and after evaluation. The research will be carried out in the city of Cuiabá – MT, at the geriatrics outpatient clinic of the Hospital Universitário Júl
2) Intervention: divided into four moments, in which participants will be sent four videos produced by the researcher herself based on the four sources of self-efficacy beliefs from Bandura's Social C
3) Post-intervention: new measure of self-care capacity and perceived self-efficacy. Descriptive and bivariate analysis of the data will be carried out and for inferential analysis, the normality test

18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being 18 years of age or older. Both genders. Being the main informal caregiver for elderly people with dementia. Being an informal caregiver for an elderly person with dementia for at least one year. Have access to a smartphone and internet and know how to use a messaging app

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have difficulty communicating, listening and understanding the questions asked by the researcher
