Age
30 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with Diabetes mellitus type 2; both sexes; age between 30 and 80 years; with access to fixed or mobile phone line.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with chronic complications such as diabetic retinopathy; diabetic neuropathy; diabetic nephropathy and amputation. Patients who do not attend the call for more than five consecutive attempts.

| An increase of self-care practices within 18 months which is verified by applying the questionnaire of self-care in Diabetes by finding at least a score of 5 points in the measurements before and after intervention; Increased self-eficcacy within 18 months which is verified by applying the range of psychosocial autoeficacia on Diabetes by finding at least a 3.8-point score in the measurements before and after intervention; An improvement of psychological attitudes in the period of 18 months, which is verified by applying the questionnaire of attitudes on Diabetes by finding at least a score of 70 points in the measurements before and after intervention. | — |
